Variations of the Mt. Caribou knife.
The knife above has a 7” (178mm) blade, 5/15” (8mm) spine, mesquite wood scales (supplied by the customer) are held with 5 threaded stainless steel pins, peened. An 8mm thick head saw tooth is welded to the end of the tang for hammering, prying, digging, smashing and breaking. The finger guard is a piece of feller buncher chainsaw bar welded to the tang and soldered with copper. A short lanyard is provided with a copper lined lanyard hole. Aki tooled pine needles into the sheath. Double saddle stitched by hand. A leg tie tab is provided.

Custom made survival knife. 6 1/2” blade hand forged from head saw steel, 1/4” thick spine with melted copper, steel finger guard, brass, moose antler, leather and one 5’ saw blade’s tooth welded to the tang’s butt for hammering, breaking and prying.
