6” edge, apple wood handle scales. A tough heavy duty draw knife that can be used as a carving hatchet.

We forge a wide bevel and the offset the handles. Use the knife like a carving hatchet. Balanced chopping and slicing cuts.

The blade is 10 inches long, 4 inch socket with a 6 1/2 inch apple wood handle wrapped with a bit of leather.

All specifications are custom. The edge geometry, 25 degrees.

This draw knife has a 1/2 inch thick spring steel, 4 inch edge and 4 1/2 inch full tang apple wood scales handles and a custom made log construction chisel with a 1 inch wide by 6 inch long blade, 1 inch ferrule and a 7 inch full tang with a hammer striking top.

The double bevel is on the bottom side. The handle is 10” long for two hands.

Crooked knives with red mahogany wood handles. 2 1/4” blades. The tangs are carved into the 6” handles.

Traditionally used for tool handles on the Pacific Northwest coast.

Two 5 1/2 ‘ hooks, Two 3 1/2” hooks and a 3” straight blade.

Forged, hardened and tempered.

Apple wood handles. The slick has a slightly curved edge and slightly cupped, 20 inches overall. The hand forged draw knife’s spine is 1/2 inch, edge is 4 inches. The handmade hook knives include 1 medium and 1 small knife.

A flaren. Carvers and log home builders. 8” wide and 2 sharp flared points. The blade is 8.5” long. Overall it is 32.5” . Forged high carbon steel blade from a 6’ diameter head saw blade. Hardened and differentially tempered, blending tempers.

A 2 1/2 inch edge carver’s slick. Set 4 inches into a mahogany handle with a copper ferrule.

The slick head is slightly curved and cupped reminiscent of a woodcarving bowl adze

2 1/2” edge, 9” long blade. 28” inches overall. We wrap a bit of leather on the handle for grip. The edge width, shape and angle, handle length and width are optional.

Forged 1/4 inch lumber mill saw blade steel. Double beveled 6 inch knife blade. The hand forged adze has a 2 inch edge. Both have apple wood handles.
