quality 1.4mm thick high carbon/cobalt steel blades. Recovered steel.

Custom handmade steak knives. Moose antler handle scales. Melted copper bolsters. The 4.5” steak knife blade is a thin carbon steel with a cobalt content is easy to sharpen.



We can make knives custom made for you. You can choose the blade length, handle size and antler or wood scales. Suggestions are welcome.

Knife roll with three weights of leather, copper saddle rivets, hand stitched, saddle stitch.

4.5” full tang blades, 1.4mm spines, melted copper bolsters, moose antler scales held with copper pins. A set of six with it’s handmade custom knife roll is $3100.

Copper Drop Steak Knives on the right. The copper distorts the blade into a slight concave along its length allowing the knives to be sharpened from one side. After we harden we temper the blades in an oven toughening the edges. Their cutting edge is hard and very strong. As fine art, visit
